ALTO DEL NARANJO

DESCRIPTION

El Alto del Naranjo is a small mountainous area with a long and proud quillay tree in its center. It is located on the ridge through which the normal route of ascent to Cerro Provincia passes, the most popular and popular peak of the Sierra de Ramón. In spite of its name, the tree that is in its center is not an orange tree, but a huge and beautiful quillay tree. The popular history says that it took this name because the hikers leave under the tree remains of orange peels while they rest in the shade of their shade.

Between 30-40 minutes from your Hotel, on the road to Farellones town you can find this beautiful trail where you can appreciate interesting bird diversity, like mini good picker, owls, eagles and condors.
