2 DAYS / 1 NIGHT MOUNTAIN EXCURSION
This Protected area characterized by the high snow-capped peaks of the Andes and her innumerable ravines that shelter Andean flora and fauna. Also, it houses in its bowels beautiful glaciers, especially important for the proximity and easy access from Santiago.
At 19 kilometers from the entrance of the Yerba Loca park, we can find the famous La Paloma Glacier. It is a middle difficulty trek, you just need an acceptable physical condition, which at an average speed we can reach our place of camping (La Lata) in 4 hours. Next day, we have to walk other 2 hours to get to the viewpoint of the La Paloma glacier.
TRANSFER TIME: 1 h.
ACTIVITY DURATION: 6 h until the glacier.

equipment must be used.
